The original PAXcam camera was introduced in 2001.  Since then, sales and market acceptance have grown rapidly.  Thousands of PAXcams are currently installed globally and used by the world’s best organizations.  Growth continues at a strong pace as we enter 2008, evidenced by a 66% revenue increase in the 1st Quarter.  Six primary PAXcam models are now offered to meet the needs of various application areas.  Our camera offerings continue to lead the industry.

For 20 years, MIS has been headquartered near Chicago, Illinois.  During this time MIS has created several industry-leading imaging products including the PAX-it image management and image analysis software programs, and now the PAXcam line of digital microscope cameras.
