Human Sperm 2

Fluorescence Imaging of Human Sperm Image was taken with the PAXcam2+ digital microscope camera at half resolution, on an Olympus BX51 fluorescence microscope and a 20x objective. A special staining technique, coupled with the PAXcam & PAX-it, allow sperm to be easily seen and counted (see http://www.paxit.com/sperm_analysis.asp for more details). Sperm heads fluoresce green, while epithelial and other nuclei fluoresce blue. Images can then be stored in a PAX-it Image Analysis software database.
